Tonight Tom grilled. We had grilled drumsticks and I whipped up a salad full of fresh vegetables and baby spinach. And when I say fresh, I mean fresh - we are part of a program that delivers fresh, local vegetables to your house each week. Right now, we are getting lots of greens, like the baby spinach and romaine lettuce, different types of cucumbers and tomatoes, and lots of sweet potatoes. The orders are placed Sunday night, the veggies are picked Monday and Tuesday, and delivered on Wednesday. 

It doesn't get much better than that!
