I’ve been making sandwich bread for our home for the last few weeks. I’m a huge fan, Harper doesn’t care, and Tom thinks it’s a little too much for daily sandwich bread. Alas. I’ll keep 100% whole wheat bread with flax seed for Harper and I, and I’ll work on a fluffier, less hearty bread for Tom. Either way, I feel accomplished for mastering a yeast bread relatively consistently!
